Nicky has been captivated by Bowen Family Systems Theory since 2006 and has been studying herself in her own family and her church relational systems ever since.
In 2015 Nicky graduated with a Certificate in Family Systems Theory from the Family Systems Institute. She has studied theology and Pastoral Supervision and really enjoys collaborating in this space with individuals and groups, as well as taking opportunities to teach and promote Bowen Family Systems Theory and its usefulness in the ministry sphere.
