Our new FSI Executive Director, Lauren Errington, will screen an interview with the Bowen Centre’s Kathleen Cotter Cauley, followed by a Q & A about the topic. This relevant topic opens up thinking about choice, intentionality & defining self.

Many forms of technology help us communicate: text, email, the internet, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and even video games. But how do you know when and how this technology is helping or blocking effective communication?

This interview discusses how technology adds to the level of anxiety in people´s lives and how it may be done in a more intentional and regulated way to aid effective communication.

Lauren will pick up the main systems ideas presented and open up some discussion with our online audience.

This interview is from the Bowen Center’s Family Matters program on youtube.
