Coaching Groups

We run a variety of coaching groups including:

     Family of Origin Coaching and Research Groups (8 x 2 hour sessions)

     Advanced Family of Origin Coaching Group (for those who have already completed one 8 session term)

     Leadership Coaching Group

     Systems in Ministry Coaching Group

The Leadership and Systems in Ministry groups provide an opportunity for input on a systems principle, discussion of articles and confidential review of actual workplace dilemmas of participants.

A prerequisite for both these groups is attendance at the workshop Differentiation in Leadership.

     Leadership Coaching Group
A group designed for managers and supervisors in the helping professions who wish to grapple with the challenges of approaching leadership from a more differentiated position in an ongoing and confidential group of four. (Trainer: Jo Wright.)

     Systems in Ministry Coaching Group
For those working in religious organizations (eg. clergy and pastoral care workers) who wish to explore how thinking systems can assist in not getting caught in anxiety generating patterns in faith communities. 8 meetings over BYO lunch. Up to 8 spaces available. (Trainer: Jenny Brown.)
