For Workshops:
Full refund available up to 1 month prior.
70% refund available up to 2 weeks prior.
No refund if cancelled within 2 weeks.
(It is possible for you to arrange for another to take your place).
Workshops will go ahead subject to minimum numbers booked 2 weeks prior.
For Groups:
70% refund up to 1 month prior to commencement.
No refund within month of starting or during course duration.
(It is sometimes possible for you to arrange for another to take your place before the series starts but it is not possible to change once the series has started.)
For Counselling & Supervision:
At least 24 office hrs notice of cancellation or full fee is charged.
